floatbase literature Schwebebad Over the years, but then a lot of literature has accumulated on floating bath. At this point I would like to present you a small excerpt from it:
Without Gravity - The Floating Experience (Eds. transition, nightshade, ISBN 3-03788-102-X, DE)
Ideally suited for the introduction to the floating bath. Locker written fluffy. Not to be too theoretical, but also without too shallow.
Float - Floating for relaxation (Viola Reinhardt, Books on Demand, ISBN 9783837058727, U.S.)
This book is for the floating beginners. Viola Reinhardt deals with all eventualities of the use of the float bath and answered all questions to the reader to imagine the Erstkonstakt with the isolation tank.
The Book of Floating - Exploring the Private Sea (Michael Hutchison, gateways, ISBN 0-89556-118-2, EN)
The bible of Floating. The novice learns all about the floating and the "professional" can still learn a lot to do so. Unfortunately, so far available only in English.
The Deep Self - Consciousness Exploration in the Isolation Tank (John C. Lilly, gateways, ISBN 0-89556-116-6, EN)
If you want to know the Book of Floating even more is the right place at Lilly . The inventor of the float bath passes including reviews. It's incredibly exciting to see how others see the experience in the insulation cap.
The center of the cyclone - New ways of expanding consciousness (John C. Lilly, AT Verlag, ISBN 5-85502-696-3, U.S.)
Somehow less scientific and already much of Lilly's LSD experiences. Very entertaining and worth reading.
Clinical and Experimental Restricted Environmental Stimulation (REST) (Barabasz, Springer-Verlag, ISBN 0-387-97962, EN)
For all the theoretical background of floating and not enough from the scientific side, the Floating theme and REST approach still want to continue.
Happy reading!
